About Me

My name is Francesca Perez and I am an illustrator who loves drawing toys. It is something that I have always had a passion for, but also been drawn away from by societal norms.

But I ask, what is the difference between your collection and mine? I started to love them again and really dove into specifics of what I truly like about them.

I am partial to vintage Japanese toys, and or sentimental plushes. When sourcing material, I look for textures, shapes, and how silly the toy is. It is very fun to find something unique and how to bring it to life.

It is satisfying when people do see my work and feel nostalgic towards a beaniebabie, or a piece reminds them of someone dear. I have had the pleasure in showcasing my work and drawing personal pieces for people and I absolutely love it.
